— created / matched IT to support business processes; created one touch technology between company and outsourcers; dashboard (management reporting); the result was more efficient organization, capacity converted from people to technology and 25% increase in capacity without adding staff.

— focused on BPI since 1995; shortened new product development and launch cycle from two years to nine months; streamlined purchasing and tracking system decreasing supply cycle by 30 days while improving customer service by increasing visibility to delivery schedules.
